I'd be really surprised if there isn't a free upgrade or at least a generous crossgrade. Especially for people who just bought Bx_Console E or G recently.
If PA tried to sell this off as "a completely separate product" with full price it'd damage their reputation badly.
I know I'd be pretty pissed.
