Hi guys, this is all true, and I am happy to report that SSL and BX have been working on this project together since the end of last year.

We have worked with SSL technicians who shared their schematics and insight with us, and although the existing bx_console E was very good already, this is on another level.

We were able (with the help of SSL) to improve the high frequency quality of the upper 2 EQ bands, the compressor sound and added very cool new features like the THD ALL and V-GAIN ALL. You can now tweak your whole virtual desk from any single instance of the plugin and make it sound dirtier or cleaner.

We’ll release 2 promo videos tomorrow, and the plugins will be available as a public beta from Monday on. This means, Monday everybody can download them from Plugin Alliance.

There are going to be 2(!) originally branded SSL consoles, and a surprise that fits perfectly with this new release.
