My pleasure, guys, and apologies if I jumped in between you a bit suddenly there. I'd just come up from the start of the thread and saw some fairly negative stuff earlier. Not meaning to contradict any earlier comments but simply offer the good experience I had. I've had my share of bad customer service experiences with various other companies, so good ones always stick out in my mind and definitely deserve some credit!
