That just doesn't seem right assuming you purchased it from a legitimate distributor such as B&H, Zzounds, SamAsh etc. Either they need to support what they sell or assure you the manufacturer will provide that support right?
Maybe this is why Sweetwater who boasts so much about that "after sale support" but often quotes higher prices, haven't added Icon yet? I don't know.
Is parameter mapping the actual problem? That is done in Cubase.
