Sorry I can't help since it's not a QconPro, but this has also been my experience with Icon. Until about a year ago the only distributor for the QconPro was Icon USA, and they did give good support. But Icon has changed their distribution and support for the USA.
Get the support from the seller because I have had no luck with Icon. And now that the QconPro is being sold in the USA through all the normal outlets, ask yourself if your seller offers that "after the sale support." Controllers often need it.
