it looks cool but the thing that puts me off is support..i bought a i-creativ and ive never been able to get it too work with cubase ive contacted tech support and only got one reply saying follow the guide on there website i replied i have but its showing a different firmware for the controller than you actually have on your website then got no replys.i tried on loads of forums still no replys i contacted the guy who did vids of it on youtube he said cant help no longer has it.
icon seem to have no tech support or any type of bug fixs once you buy one of there products id hold caution buying one.

if someone can help me get the icon i-creativ working with cubase 8.5 please help!!
