@ A Tan : I can take a look at it later today. Note that we'll also roll out the same stepped/snapmap mechanism across all our plugins (the free ones, too). This will probably be part of an "All Products Update".

@ matucha : We'll probably make the EQ SCALE behaviour configurable (config file probably). I personally prefer keeping the center-filter out of the regular EQing considerations and use the meta filter only for specific technical tasks. But I understand that other people could use it differently and it would be helpful to EQ SCALE the meta filter, too. We have to be careful here, as this function directly affects recall.

@ Den : We don't plan to have a new SlickEQ GE, but realized early that we can now push SlickEQ GE a bit more towards mixing tasks and workflows. We'll add all stepped modes and LEARN features to the GE, but also probably new sound related features (much less subtle sat modes maybe, and other ideas). SlickEQ M gives SlickEQ GE's concept more room to breath, and we'll try to use is wisely and not turn SlickEQ GE into a seemingly inferior product.

@ Tui : We have UI resize on our long term TODO list. The fact that our UI style is both vector and bitmap based makes it a bit difficult, but we'll do it sooner or later. Care to share your screen-model? just for reference.


Thanks for all the great suggestions guys. For now, we're trying to fix the last remaining hick-ups on some systems and will then start thinking about the next possible functional update.
