Its funny the n12 had all of this, and it CONTROLLED cubase perfectly, and had a TON more it could do and there IS NOT that much sound difference to my symphonyh now

so the n12 was 1299

and we took out AD DA, and a ton of stuff and made it a controller

however we added 16 mono faders and say 4 more stereo since the n12 had 8 mono and 2 stereo plus the master

i would say 25x50 for motorised faders = 1250 so we are at roughly 2500 all in

add scribble strips X32 does this cant be that much but say 500

on a serious not all i did was snag what was in a Yamaha board already, that never crashed and controlled Cubase very well and was built like a tank

i extended it and added motors and scribble strips and took out preamps, 48v, monitor control for 3 sets of speaker and bunch of others stuff
