I noticed something when I went to the analyzer to make a plot to show you the Q: if you set to -20 db on the bell bands it actually cuts all the way to -40 db! Not sure if this is by design...

On a real Pultec, as you set the bandwidth more narrow, the boost increases in gain. This is part of the design. Evidently, the programmers added this idiosyncrasy to the cut, as well.
