Arturia 1973-Pre

Had this on trial a couple days and it's really great, I was looking for reviews on this and the Burnley 73, but this didn't have any reviews, nor a vs thread that I found. I've been using both and it's so hard to pick a favourite, every time I think I've decided I change my mind. The Arturia seems smoother and wider sounding, seems to fit inside the mix better, the Burnley seems more focussed but it feels like the sound of the original recording is cutting through more so that might be why, the Arturia seems to engulf the whole thing and make it its own. I'm new to the world of software preamps and I've used and still have the BAE 1073, I've not done a comparison but I'm very sure it's in a ball park most could be happy with. Though I've noticed with the AA CM800T neither really smooth it like the BAE does, but if you have a recording that's already a bit easier on the ears this will make it even better.
