Outdoor Microphone for multiple subjects?

Hi! Can anyone help with some suggestions for high quality livestreaming outdoors? I have two set ups each with their flaws.

1. Galaxy S20 and MOVO VXR10 = sounds OK (better than on board cam) however I can't run OBS and it framerate drops on Youtube Live Streams. I don't know why. Camera is smooth on recording and internet connection is WIFI / stable.

2. Acer Predator Laptop, Logitech Brio, and MOVO VXR10 = Looks great but sounds HORRIBLE with the MOVO plugged into the Realtek on-board card. I have to use the noise cancellation in OBS but it just sounds flat, distorted and dead even though it's not peaking. Without it just sounds like a bunch of static.

How can I best bridge this gap without breaking out something like my Universal Audio Apollo twin?

Ideally, a nice USB shotgun mic would be great that I can use to pick up two subject sitting side by side and about 3=6 ft away from the microphone / camera.. Alternatively, I wouldn't be opposed to two lavalier mics if I could connect them to a single USB source without having to plug it into the wall but I'd prefer a shotgun if possible.

The point of this set up is to be able to just break it out and do a live stream off the cuff, look and sound clear!

Any thoughts?
