Any commercial records available now (yes, vinyl LPs) done with 2 APEd omnis before 1980? Once again, thanks to everybody contributing their valuable input to this thread.

There are some Chesky LPs on ebay of some of their remasterings of the RCA Living stereo select recordings. They are well done. No digital in the LP chain. The Reiner Respighi Pines of Rome LSC 2436 is a great one, albeit with 3 microphones. I love this thread, too. This is perhaps my favorite method of symphonic recording. I want to experience the entirity of the orchestra blended by the air not by mixing boards.
