Whooooooooo I dont know if this is a joke, but you are about to get roasted up in here. I'll save you having to read the mocking replies though. Turntable rca outs to DJ mixer phono in. Mixer 1/4 inch stereo outs to mpc 1/4 inch stereo ins. Come on though man, read the manual use google and use common sence. Outs and Ins.

All the stuff you ask can be found in your manual man.

Turntable into phono preamp or dj mixer. Phono preamp or dj mixer into the sample ins on your mpc.

It seems like you just jumped in without doing any research whatsoever. People aren't always gonna be down to assist folks like that.

You gotta do a little bit of work man, come on.

Read all the FAQ and tutorials at mpc-forums.com

That stuff is rudimentary.

Do some research. You decide.

Google the difference between dj mixers.

Skip the mixer. Get a good phono stage. Go TT out -> phono stage -> MPC. Done. Minimum hassle, minimum gain stages, minimum signal degradation.

BTW - don't skimp on the table, phono stage, or cartridge. If you do, don't turn around and ask how you can get your samples to "bang", or how you can "clean em up", or whatever. Remember, garbage in, garbage out (this is especially true with sampling from vinyl).

If your records don't sound GREAT coming off the TT, there's a problem. Vinyl should be CD every time!

I think the Rane PS-1 Phono preamp is great for this kind of thing.
