Are the Computer Music magazine samples royalty-free?

The last week, I've bought many Computer Music magazines. They're from the last year and five or six are from middles 2000's.

I pick the last issue that I have (June 2019) and read all copyright texts and I can't find info about samples. When read the DVD on my PC the samples don't have info about permissions or copyright.

In the DVD cover and magazine's pages only say FREE SAMPLES, but free isn't the same of ROYALTY-FREE.

Somebody has any official information about the permissions of these samples?

Yes, they are free to use in your music. Not free to give away as your own samples.
