Hi Erol as a fairly non super exposed pop producer what's your take on the whole streaming artist renumeration issues in this day and age? As someone who's career trajectory has ran alongside these developments it would be interesting to get your take on it.

It's a tricky area... It's obvious streaming is a major part of the future, but it also seems the model in how artists get paid isn't in a place where musicians and writers from every level are happy with. It feels like it may take more time for it to all balance out, which is a shame as many careers may disappear as a result of people giving up.

Have you observed artists retiring strictly as a result of this? It seems there is a significant pool of talent who is trying to ride this situation out. Can you imagine a situation in which a generation of artists basically don't have careers?
