Question: As engineer on the greatest record of the rock era do you receive any royalties from Dark Side of the Moon? Or from any other Floyd records?
(of course being able to say "i worked on the greatest record of the rock era" is a kind of royalty in itself, and you can now sell your knowledge, but i mean cash-wise/percentage points). Such a successful record! Would be curious to know how the royalties are split up amongst the band and such if you know or care to share.

I was paid as a staff engineer at Abbey Road the princely sum of 35 pounds per week to record DSOTM. No royalties. I asked for points on the next album but was declined and that's one of the reasons we didn't work together again. Bitter? No - it paved the way for my entire future.
