Reminds me a bit of some plugin makers "take advantage of the intro price, XXX version is coming soon", we all know how this tends to end up... no way I'm giving Avid a blank check :tut:

I'm on Nuendo too kfhkh (post-production).

I'm so happy I have made the change early enough.

I had a HD2 + ProControl, I have bought a couple of times into their ecosystem.
Now with Nuendo I can do WAY more for 20% of the price.

And the new Nuendo 7 is coming soon! Wwise support, Reconform, import session data, VCA & more diddlydoo....Can't wait...

Is it true that this version has been cracked and AVID is making a huge drama about it?

(Not asking because I want to use a cracked version, I stopped using protools for 2 years tired of the ridiculous prices from AVID)

Only Windows version. I dunno about Avid, but 12.5 with online collaboration is going to be soon out.

It was supossed with PT12, they just does not specified the .X ver sio :P, but you know great art takes its time :)
