Running Final Cut 7 through Digidesign 192

Hey folks. So we've been running a Pro Tools 9 system with a Digidesign 192, Apogee Big Ben, and three 8in/out Apogee converters for some time at our studio and recently decided to bring a video editing situation to the table. We're still on Snow Leopard so I picked up a copy of Final Cut 7, which runs great on our machine. However, I haven't been able to run the audio outs through my 192 to the monitors for playback. The hardware appears in the hardware section, but even when selected I get no output. Is there a specific compatibility issue or am I just plain doing something wrong? I guess I sort of assumed the audio and video setups would be compatible enough to at least allow me stereo outs from fcp for playback, which is really all I need. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated. Thanks!
