MPC Software as a DAW VS ProTools

I produce using an MPC Renaissance and the MPC Software.

I'm still using version 1.9. The latest version is a DAW and allows for audio track recording.

My question is, if I'm sending out songs to be mixed, will tracking in MPC make it more difficult for an engineer than tracking in ProTools?

I would love to be able to avoid using ProTools at all while recording, and to stay in 1 software.

No..! I guess you'll send bounced .wav/.aiff files (to mix from) anyway, so the mixer won't care what software you used.
