Mix Phase Issues with Double Tracked Guitars

Hi guys, just wanted to have a little advice on the subject.
I started to have a reference track in my sessions.
With the Waves Center I've also started to listen the center and the sides of the mixes.
And I've found a really pumping and sucking effect especially on the rhythm guitars, and in minor amount to the drums.
These are rough tracks with amp Sims but it's to let you listen the problem.
The first one is the normal mix, the second is with the Center only and the third with the Sides only.
Double Tracked and bussed to a stereo track where I've put an EQ on it.

So what is your advice for this?
3 tracks, one Left, one right and one in the center or different EQ on the left and right guitar tracks?
Or maybe something else?
Thanks!
Paolo

I'm not familiar with that plugin but if you are double tracking guitars using an amp sim you need to change more than just EQ. I use guitar rig 4 and I will normally build two ENTIRELY different presets for doubled guitars, different amps, different cabs, different mic sims and sometimes I even use a different guitar for the double. That may be a bit extreme for what you are aiming for but the more settings you change the less you will have phasing issues. If you do it right you should be able to listen back in mono and have little to no phasing issues.

That aside... WAY too much compression or limiting I would say. If you have a compressor or limiter on your master bus try turning them off and bouncing the center mix again and see if that changes anything.
