New Macs Storage/Connectivity Solutions

Im coming from a desktop PC to the newest MacBook Pro Retina for my home studio setup. Now I want to hook up a 256mb SSD HD that I have for a fast sample library, with the VI that I use mostly, and a large HD solution for recording. I would like to hear experiences and recommendations on HD enclosures for SSD that actually will use my SSD with SSD speeds and other storage solutions you guys have experienced with the new macbook pro or mac pro.

Ps. I`ll be running it with a RME Fireface UFX (via usb or I can go firewire via thunderbolt) and will sell my PCIe Uad card to buy a satellite quad (firewire thunderbolt adapter), and a Maschine (usb) so I`ll have to deal with powered usb hubs and ****.

I appreciate your feedback.
