Two T3s one died in the first week, the other in the 2nd week, for $1000 machines I expected a lot more, I'm now using a very cheap 2 drive usb3 bay that hasn't skipped a beat.

Caldigit seems a little over engineered, expensive, heavy and not much good IMO of course, they ran plenty fast and might be fine if you're happy just to use the drives which come with the machine, but not great if you need to swap out drives/plus carry them over the world.

They were packed in rigid flight cases and handled by me personally
