An Aggregate Puzzle for You: Duet 2 + Eleven Rack

I have a MacBook Pro running Pro Tools 10. The two audio interfaces I have are an Apogee Duet 2 and an Eleven Rack. I want to create an "aggregate device" with both units but I'm short 1 USB 2.0 port. I have an unused Thunderbolt port and my Firewire port is being used for an external hard drive, but that could be changed.

Is there any possible way to convert the Firewire or Thunderbolt ports into a USB female port? All I need is a spot for my iLock. Let me know if this is possible short of buying a Thunderbolt Display. Thank You!
