PT HD 10 Bug! Outputs 1-2 stop working

I've come across a real weird problem in PT HD 10. Sometimes when I add new tracks or import audio, outputs 1-2 just stop working. I then have to close the session, open it up again and they work again right away. Has anybody else come across this and maybe have a solution?

What audio interface are you using. I had a similar issue with HD native and Omni interface, and it turned out to be a routing issue with the "monitor outs".

I am using 3 96I/O's what sort of routing problem and how did you fix that? the problem is it doesn't happen every time, just sometimes and I don't know why.

Try resetting your i/o to "default" in the i/o setup window in PT10.
