Can't decide on which two Toontrack SDX's - AudioDeluxe offer

Just noticed that AudioDeluxe hae got a new offer on Toontrack SDX's and EZX's and am unsure which to buy for my purposes?

I write and record a lot of Jazz, Gospel, Funk, Rock and Folky/Country stuff. I already own :-

Toontrack
Superior 2.0 + EzDrummer
Jazz, Nashille, Vintage Rock and Latin Percussion EZX's

XLN Audio
Addictive Drums
Funk, Indie, Modern Jazz Brushes + Sticks, Retro and Metal ADpaks.

I'm torn between getting :-

Roots Sticks + Roots Brushes, Rods and Mallets SDX's

or

Custom and Vintage + Music City USA SDX's?

The problem is they all sound really good!!

Which would you recommend to get to go with what I already own?

I own all of toontrack's stuff minus the roots sdx and the other new ez drummer library (forget the name). I also own bfd/bfd2 and all the NI drums. Yes, way too many drums! As of last week I now own Steven Slates ssd4 ex. I got the upgrade deal for $29 so thought I'd check it out. I have to say that I'm surprisingly impressed. Even though there's no eq or compression available in the sample player I feel the quality of these samples are phenomenal and just sound really great " as is". So much so that I'm looking forward to the future ex to platinum upgrade that hopefully will be available soon. Its worth exploring as you'll qualify for the crossgrade deal that's going on now. Also, it runs in 64 bit incase you're running Logic or Reaper.

C&V is very popular (if I say so myself), but a cheaper, great value option is EZX: The Classic.
Toontrack The Classic EZX | AudioDeluxe

Would be good for the genres you list above I think.

I have all of the SDX's and most of the EZ line, for what you are trying to do I'd go with Music City & C&V both are incredible & will cover a lot of ground.

Sorry to the OP for hijacking here but I too am trying to decide which 2 SDX packs to choose. I'm a singer/songwriter who plays keys and my songs have blues, jazz and pop influences.
My only expansion pack is Music City.
Any suggestions for me?
Thanks,
JP

Since you already have Music City,I'd add Roots Sticks & C&V,this would cover a lot of ground.

I know,almost bought it last night ;-)

Already spent $$ upgrading to DP8 this week so $$ is tapped.
DP8 is awesome! It's 64bit,haven't tried it yet but I suspect I'll be able to utilize Evil Drums now in its full nasty Evilness with out any 32bit Kernel limitations!

The classic ezx is excellent and plays on e drums like the sdx 's. I would suspect it has more velocity layers than other ezx's.
Music city has stunning sound quality for mixes . I have not been too thrilled about roots. I find the snare tunings too harsh or dead with no in between and don't love the sound. It does have a lot of room mics so you may like the mixing options. It would be good for traditional jazz.

Chrisso is too modest. He did a superb job on C&V and it is brilliant. I would certainly grab that one in your position.
