Laptop & AES/EBU. Wich interface for Eventide + TC ?

As i'm soon moving and will not be able to bring my mixer i need a new audio interface.

Need your help :

What will be the better way to connect my Eventide Orville and TC Reverb 4000 to my macbook?

My main problem is that i don't know wich soundcard will fit better with my needs as there is no one that can handle the 2 aes/ebu in/outs of my Orville and my TC4000 adat.

Does someone use those Mutec Format converter? Are they reliable?
I was thinking on a UFX or Motu Traveler mk3 but still in need of one AES/EBU channel!

Additional info:

1) Don't need great preamps as i've got some.
2) I do electronic music and work with Logic. Will be just recording some synths and drumachines.
