A really good stand alone gate! Like a Drawmer DS201. Or a UA own brand.
Pultec MEQ5 as a stand alone window along with being an addition to the EQP1a (I know, I know but it would just look cleaner!)

Please be UAD1 friendly!

Wouldn't mind seeing an 1176, LA3A and a 610 pre in 500 series format! Doubt the power / size format would be good enough though.

Oh yes. I'd actually buy a UAD if the Fed got released on it.

I'd probably jump on the UAD2 if they had more comps, the 100 different EQ's is not my thing.

dbx 902 de-esser.... i've never used one, but it's been used on pretty much every track that requires a hardware de-esser... at least, it's the one i keep hearing about over and over again

Right 1176 would be enough sounding as good as at the Softube FET simulation.
More 3D more open and nice more like hardware....

Same with the LA2A times have changed in modeling but these classic plugs still run the old code under their GUI.

Time for an update!!!

Sta Level, 176, and the UBK version of the Fatso

They should also do a virtual 500 rack from API that other companies could sell UAD versions of their 500 pieces in (and the plugins would REQUIRE the rack, which would be limited to a certain number of spaces). That way it could be DOUBLE proprietary. I'm kidding.

I wonder if they would ever do a UAD version of their 610 pre. That could be interesting. A mic pre sim to fatten stuff up and give a little tone control.

Right hard to find a good harmonizer plug in in the market.

Right comps that change the feel and the sound like hardware.
Once again PSP and Softube did it you can shape the sound of the source with them the UAD comps are not bad but they have to my ear all the same basic feeling sonically.

Come one UAD you are the developer off the real hardware and other companies have to show you the trick how to emulate it better????

I was a long time believer in UAD!!
Since the Softube FET and CL1B and the PSP Old Timer I get the feeling I invested my money in the wrong company.

I hope times will change and DSP powered plug ins will have the nose up front one day again.heh
