How do I check my Video cards drivers?

I've been getting occasional glitches and drop outs during playback that only happen when I'm moving an open plug-in window around on the screen or moving the mixer, etc.
I'd like to check to see if I have the latest drivers for my video card but my DAW computer is not connected to the net. Can someone tell me how I should go about this?

For a PC running XP atleast

right click on "My Computer" click on "Properties"

Click the "Hardware" Tab then "Device Manager"

click the "+" sign next to "Display adapters"

Right click on your display adapter and "properties"

Click the "Driver" tab and about the 4th line down it will list the Driver version.

Visit the video card makers website and hit the support section to compare drivers for said card.
