Question Stable DAW to use with BFD2 on OS X

Hi guys
For my latest project I will be using Reason+Record+Melodyne but there are a few plugins I cant live with out & BFD 2 if one of them,

I've tried to using Garageband 4 but it's very unstable and wont even load using my Duet as the audio out (crashes)

My computer is a mac mini 1.83, 4gb ram, 500gb 7200rpm HDD running OS X 10.5.8

Any suggestions?

BFD 2 works like a champ with Logic 9!
