667 to 800mhz ram.Difference?

Im upgrading my system to a Q6600 and Im contemplateing on just keeping my OCZ 667mhz ram to save money. I have 4 gigs on XP. Im wondering if I will really notice a difference if I go from 4 gigs of 667Mhz to 4 gigs of 800Mhz of ram.

Maybe. Perhaps. You might. A little. Slightly.

It won't be an earth shattering event.

I also doubt you'd notice enough to justify the extra expense.

If the old memory has been running solid, you'd be better keeping it IMO.
