Question about interfacing using Maudio Transit. With Pic goodness.

So I bought an Apogee Mini Me from ebay. I got it for my desktop as it has firewire. However, for my laptop I don't have a firewire. USB only.

I would like to interface the Apogee Mini Me with my laptop using, M-audio Transit in the middle. Would that be possible to use? Here is a picture of the back of the Mini Me. And below is a picture of the Transit.

Hi, The picture you posted shows a mini DAC, I had a Mini me and don't remember any optical out, just S/pdif and USB.Anyway I guess you could easily go out the Mini Me with a digital cable (you need a S/pdif to mini optical)go straight into the Transit and then connect your interface in your USB2 slot....it should work and i also believe you can [email protected] khz if your laptop allows it!
