Help using Juno g with my current setup

I've had a Juno G sitting gathering dust for almost 6 months now and I've yet to use it (other than go through patches and re-create mimms - this is why im hot lol)

I want to incorporate it with my setup and use it as my controller and use the sounds on it for production purposes.

I use a Delta 1010 (I monitor with WAV out mode atm) Cubase SX3, and FLstudio.

I'm going to connect it via USB, and have the main audio outs go into the delta but how will I seperate the audio tracks on Cubase/fruity when it's time to mix?

Midi always confused me. Im an audio guy up until now...
