if you're doing anything orchestral based you need the 160. The thing with giga is most of the really cool programs are heavily multisampled, so it ain't a case of simple polyphony, it's a case of pressing down one note might actually be 2 or 3 samples. It soon adds up. I'm doing orchestral mock ups and it seems that 2 giga 160's is still 'getting away with it'
