Anybody out there using this?

I have been looking for another drum looping program. I already have Acid, and a bunch of disks. Someone else recomended Fruity loops.

Eric Persings stuff has always sounded so good, but I thought that Stlyus was more of a Hip-hop/Electronica kind of thing. I know that it comes with 6 CD's of loops.

A buddy of mine said that there are alot of "real drum" sounding loops as well.
Anyone know if this is true?

Yes, but most our very processed. I like alot of Eric Persing's stuff. Great to use with "real" drums for bkg rhythms.

Big fan of Stylus RMX. It's got a lot of great grooves and the FX that come with it sound really good. Sometimes the grooves can be a bit busy BUT since they're sliced up you can kinda use the slices to create your own. Lots of options.

its not just loops..sure you can use the loops too but the power of RMX comes from putting it in kit mode and programming ur own stuff...killer on-board effects too
