macbook HD partitioning for apps & audio

I've just purchased a Macbook 2.0GHz core 2 duo / 2 Gb RAM from apple!
(can't wait for it to arrive...)

Still haven't made up my mind on which disk to get tho..
(The 7200 100G vs. 5400 160G. any firsthand users out there??)
I'd like to know how guys would partition your disk.
Here's what I'm going to install.

-logic pro w/
(stylus rmx, atmo, trilogy, metric halo CS, waves platinum, some NI instruments, Arturia plugs..)

-reason & recycle
and maybe ableton live

The reason why I ask this is b/c, while I was messing around with logic pro on a MC while I was at the apple store, the exs24 sampler still has a tough time streaming samples, and the performance wasn't too impressive... As a heavy users of the exs sampler, this freaks me out, and really would like to know the "best" way to configure the internal drive. I am planning to get a lacie littlebigdisk for whatever "best" use there is.

thanks in advance!!
