HP nx8220 notebook - Device fixes in Windows Server 2003

If you happen to own an HP nx8220 notebook and would like to run Windows Server 2003 without device conflicts I have made a small package that fixes these issues.

The first fix is the 'infra red' device that by default cannot be installed.

The second fix is the 'SDA Standard Compliant SD Host Controller' that by default is seen as an unknown PCI device.

The third fix is a device conflict that happens when you install any virtual DVD/CD drive software. The conflict causes 'BAD_POOL_HEADER' or 'PAGE_FAULT_IN_NON_PAGED_AREA' error resulting in SYSTEM STOP.
