This is usually not a problem from seasoned artists. I come up with solutions and fix it in the master or pin point problems so the client can adjust it in their mixes. I do quite a lot of Mastering for "Edm, electronic, future beats, whatever you wanna call it". Here "Stem" Mastering is key imo. This way you can manage things that get out of hands in the low end on tracks that should have been cleaned (lowpassed) and were not. A "clap" can have as much 20hz as a Kick drum, and not having the proper system to hear it is often the reason why "bedroom" producers tends to miss a lot of things that need to be fixed at the mixing stage. So having several stems is a solution for that.

That's a good idea that I, for some reason, never considered! Thanks for that.
