My used PCM96 doesn't seem to connect to my RME or my Focusrite via the SPDIF hack, and this Dante solution might be my last hope before I sell the PCM96.
if you do sell it, pls send me an offer via pm - i control mine from the surface of my studer vista desks and route them from/to my system via aes/ebu; sorry this is no help for your troubles...

Yessir. Same.
Lynx AES16e (non-SRC) card here w/Synchrolock off as well. I'm using a Dangerous AD+ as the Master clock source with it's BNC Wordclock output sent to a Dangerous C-2 DAC. From there I've continued the BNC WC cabling into/out of the AES16e, on to an Aurora16 and then finally to a Lavry AD.

No issues.
Sounds great.
