Muting dry signal on FireStudio Project?

I'm trying to use the white noise technique to get two mics in phase on an amp. Here's what I'm looking to do:

I'm using a PreSonus FireStudio Project with Studio One 2.5

-Two SM 57's on the amp, each plugged into my FSP
-Turn the amp gain up without a guitar plugged in (creating the white noise) and put on headphones
-I mute one of the two, and position the first mic to a desired spot on the amp
-On the second mic's, I need to add a phase invert (via Studio One)
-Move the second, inverted mic around on the amp until the noise cancels eachother out, which means the mics are in phase

However, I can't figure out how to get just the wet mix (with the phase invert added to track 2/mic 2) to play through the headphones. I hear both mixes, the dry un-inverted white noise through both mics, and the inverted phase of mic 2 is doubled up on top of them.

I think I have run into this before. Check the Universal Control for your FSP and you can mute the second dry signal you are hearing.
