KRK Monitors Rokit 5 Vs Sennheiser 600 - 650 Beyer 880-990 pro

hey everyone

ammm the problem is that i live in apartment..
so what is the best for my situation ?

for mixing and mastring

my budget $450
for the headphone or the monitor
and $400 for amp ( headphone or monitor )

so what is more equal:

Krk Rokit 5

Sennheiser 600
Sennheiser 650

Beyer 880 pro ohm 600
Beyer 990 pro ohm 600

i wanna buy something that equal and great for my situation
and something don't lie on me ..

Go for the rokit 5's man save yourself the headache. Translation wise studio monitors will always be superior.

I would honestly prefer the HD650 due to room reflections.I have also had a quality issue with KRK Vxt picking up interference. I am using MSP5 monitors & HD650 and they both are all around great quality and professional peices of gear. KRK/NOVATION/BEHRINGER all have QC issues in my experience.

For the HD650? The Rokits are powered and do need one.

For the 650, your interface might not have enough power to adequately drive them. An apogee duet will do a fine job, and the duet 2 has an even further improved headphone amp. I find the duet 1's headphone amp to lacking in the midrange, with a more consumer friendly sound. Head-fi.org will probably be able to answer your question more in depth since they live for these questions.

This is all dependent upon your current interface and its ability to feed an external amplifier a line level signal if necessary.
