I have to ask because I see these terms everywhere in this forum and haven't figured out the meaning of these terms...so what do they mean?

ITB = In the Box (In your DAW)

And OTB = Out the box (Running from your recording medium to a mixer and using external FX, etc etc.)

Don't forget though, you can mix ITB mixing and OTB mixing however you want. It all depends on the way YOU work.
