PM 1000 two options

Hi All,
I have heard of two options on these channel strips... some run them direct out of strip and some go through an out put transformer which do you prefer ???

Yamaha's

I had some that I was going to rack but switched to a different brand. Anyway...the prevailing attitude from the ton of links to this subject chose to wire in a choice output tranny ie Jensen, Hardy etc.....that was the custom pleasure principle....

after reviewing the schematic I see that you could actually run a few different OT and have direct outs given the switching that is on the strip. BTW what did you switch too? fwiw I have been hearing about sony and wheattstone strips also
