MOTU Ultralite mk3 vs UMC404HD

I was already decided on getting the cheap Behringer UMC404HD but then a used MOTU Ultralite mk3 hybrid came up at 30% more.

Does anyone have experience with conversion and preamp quality as well as the win10 stability of both units?

I need 4 inputs to record a grand piano (in a 55 sqm) room and sometimes a saxophone and a bass (simultaneous live recordings). I have 2 Studio Projects B1's at hand and will hopefully soon get a pair of Line Audio CM4. Aiming at a cheap but reasonably well sounding PC setup mostly for solo classical piano.

Any reason to get one or the other?

Best, Kasper

Interested in this too! I need 10 balanced line outs and UMC1820 looks great for the price and has updated drivers, but MOTU mk3 hybrid came up at 275$
