I have a chance to purchase a Pultec EQH-2 and MEQ-5. What are the realistic prices of these units in decent cosmetic/full working order?
I also have the option of a stereo pair of tubetech eq1a serial numbers 68 and 69. The owner tells me these are BETTER than the new ones, yeah yeah I know vintage mythos, but is it true at all? I don't know much about tube tech.
The delimma is -
STEREO tube tech eq VS mono pultec eq
and Prices?
ANY help/direction would be greatly appreciated. I don't care about maintenance. I have an original LA2A and 1176 and DEFINITELY like them more than the reissues we have at work.

1,800 to 2,500. 1,800 gets you a silver face that's in delapidated. 2,500 gets you a very clean meq5 blue face.
