Any new information on the Gefell M1030. We're currently in the market for a new male vocal mic sound (cardiod only is fine). We tried the MT71S and it has a lovely tone but it was a bit thin for our application. The $1600 price point is the top of our available funds.
Have Blue Stage 2 Rocket/Siemens NOS, Neumann TLM49, Telefunken Copperhead, Violet Design Emerald and Lauten Atlantis. Would be used on one male bar/tenor singer. Other option, pickup several lower priced vocal mics together: EV RE20 or Shure 7B, Aston Spirit, Warm 87 for about the same $s. Thanks!
