Please help me using using the EQ in an Oram 8T console on final mix only

I would love to use my Oram 8T console as a stereo mix bus EQ. I just can't figure out how to do this.

As of now I run my mix out to channels 1&2 and then use the console to control my monitors. When I engage the EQ section on these two channels (with minimal adjustments) it really helps glue my mix better than every mix bus plugin I tried (ssl, API, digirack).

When I try to send the mix back into PT9 through the stereo output of the mixer I am getting some kid of looping feedback. It's just not working.

I also have a dedicated stereo comp on the mix bus through the inserts.

Can someone help me figure this one out?

I would like to make this work rather than go out and buy a dedicated mix bus EQ which is still not out of the question.

Ahh. I just figured it out. Line in and direct out without pressing the LR channel button. Works well on the insert after the mix bus comp.
