There's a Genelec authorized service center in Miami or at least use to be. They repaired one of mine and did a great job quickly.

Doubt that's true but if so find a beatup used pair and cannibalize. My pair (used on home computer) still works AOK.
Usually a company has lots of spares around and once a line is cancelled is very happy to part with them, especially if those are the same tweeters used in other 10-series monitors.
