Your favourite Analog synth!

I see so many topics about Favourite signal processing equipment, so I though Id start one for Analog synths, simply because I think they are the most fun and versatile instruments to play with. Pictures required :D

Looks AND overall quality matter. So taking them both into consideration, Id say there is only one winner.

The Korg Ms-20

NOW that is a nice MS setup you got there!!!!

but there can only be one....
the looks, playability of keyboard, warm sound, and overal build quality far outweighs the MS multi functionality :D

You'll get more responds in Electronic Music Instruments forum on GS.

Anyway, my favorite and probably very best analog synths are:
-original, vintage Mini Moog, ARP 2600
-Prophet 5 and Oberheim OB-x(a), Matrix 12,
-Omega 8
-Sunsyn

Hard to say that any is better than another, but all are much nice, bigger, wider sounding than any virtual analogues, VSTi or digital samplers, although I use and like very much some of them (Prophet VS, Kurzweil, EMU E-Synth etc.)

Prophet V and Jupiter 6 are a nice combo for me. Different and complementary to each other. With my Supiter Jupiter coming in a close third. But if I had to have only one.....

It would certainly be the Prophet V.

ARP 2600 for being the most used of mine. It is ALWAYS useful and just sounds awesome.
Or
Buchla 200 for being totally unique and a musically a joy.

For what I need a synth for, the Realistic Concertmate MG1 is leagues above any other synth I've owned (it's basically a Moog Rogue).

I guess it's what I use most often. My minimoog gets blended with almost any (synth) bass sound I use. Studio Electronics Midimini to be exact.

My Roland MKS-70 Super JX sees a lot of use for pads.

Memorymoog and Prophet 5 are killer at certain times but used less often.

Waiting for the FM thing to come back. I've got a TX816 just waiting to come out of hibernation. Anyone remember that one?

My favourite analog synth is definitely my Moog Modular. It's probably the most commonly used synth in my studio ...

My minimoog model d is my fav!
Shoulda never gotten rid of my P5,MkS80,and matrix six.
I do have a prophet 08 rack on the way to complement the mini plus,Virus C,Nord lead 2,Emu morpheus, other various modules.
There's a pretty great review of the 08 floating aroung gs here.

I've never seen a Synthi that looks like this... do you own it?
The graphics are quite different than any I've seen.
