WHARFEDALE SPEAKERS AS MONITORS???

Does anyone know these??
A friend who's opinion I trust told me the 2 things that did the most for his protools mixes (Mix system) were adding 2 Dangerous 2 bus units and Wharfedale speakers instead of NS10M's

So since these speakers only go for $200-300 a pair, I figured I'd come here for comments.

Anyone who knows these please tell me which model I should try. I'm always open to new reference speakers especially when the entry price is reasonable.

An engineer I trusted told me something similar 10 years ago. I still have the Wharfedale speakers as talk back speaker in the main recording room (my voice sounds killer through them .)

I never saw any pro tools suite with Wharfedale - But that's probably just me.
