What gear should I buy???

My question is, what piece of gear should I buy to give my studio an upgrade and make it possible to charge more than $25/hr.

Current equipment list:
-acoustically treated tracking room and separate mixing room.
-24/4 Mackie onyx mixer
-192 io audio interface
-HD core card pci
Akg 414, rhode nt1a(2), sm58(3), audix D6.
-Protools HD 7.3
-Rubicon r5a's
-studio quad core pc
-Waves diamond plugins
-komplete
-Pearl Masters kit w/Z3 cymbal set.
-Marshall head gtr amp.

So, given the gear list above, what would YOU purchase to give your studio an extra "edge"?

Mackie monitors, some rack such as Avid Eleven to fill out your guitar sound,
some mastering tools, some decent pre-amps and some more, better mics
for vocals, drum kit. Get a decent Bass/Stack. Notice I only mention 2 brands here,
do some careful research carefully for the rest. Too many options can not be a good thing if you have a problem with decisiveness...and as always, Caveat Emptor.
